Mast-Jaegermeister, a Germany based producer of spirits, completed the acquisition of a stake in Siete Bucks Spirits, an United States based provider of spirits and alcoholic beverages. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is an exhilarating opportunity for our company to add such a strong, dynamic brand to our portfolio.
