Pissarra Participações, SCP Holding Societária and Murilo Henare to acquire a 50% stake in BuzzFeed do Brasil, a tech-powered, diversified media company, from FLAGCX Network, a decentralized blockchain network. Financial terms were not disclosed. The buyers are partners and directors of Mynd, a group specializing in music, entertainment and digital culture, which has experience in the area of ​​content production associated with digital marketing and influencer management. “BuzzFeed arrived in Brazil bringing an innovative concept that combines data analysis and editorial vision to identify viral content. As a journalist and entrepreneur in the digital, influencer marketing and entertainment areas, betting on a vehicle with global credibility was something very organic to expand business," Fátima Pissarra.
