Brickworks-backed Glen-Gery completed the acquisition of Capital Brick.

Brickworks-backed Glen-Gery, a brick and stone manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Capital Brick, a distributor of architectural masonry products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Capital Brick supports our strategic investment in the architectural and design community. This long-established and well-known business will help drive sales of our premium architectural products," Mark Ellenor, Brickworks President.
