Lion Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial from Aalberts.

Lion Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial, a manufacturer of extruded aluminum components and fabricated copper tube products, from Aalberts, a manufacturer of mission critical technologies.
