Sunoco, a limited partnership company which sells motor fuels in retail and wholesale channels, agreed to acquire Gladieux Energy, a firm that owns and operates a US-based refinery and terminal assets, for $190m. The facility is the largest transmix plant in North America with a processing capacity of 23k barrels per day and onsite product storage of approximately 750k barrels. The partnership expects the acquisition to be accretive to unitholders in the first year of ownership.
