Lakeside Book Company completed the acquisition of Phoenix Color from ALJ Regional.

Lakeside Book Company, the book printing division of LSC Communications, completed the acquisition of Phoenix Color, a premier supplier for publishing companies, from ALJ Regional, an IT service management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Phoenix has been a premier supplier for publishing companies for over forty years.
