Private equity firms SME Equity Partners and Co-Investor Partners completed the acquisition of Promedical, a medical technology manufacturer in Glarus, Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new owners aim at further developing the company at its location in Glarus into a leading, integrated solution provider in the Swiss healthcare sector.
