River Capital completed the acquisition of The Cheesecake Shop from PAG Asia Capital.

River Capital, a boutique asset manager, completed the acquisition of The Cheesecake Shop, a producer and retailer of cake and confectionery products, from PAG Asia Capital, an Asia-focused alternative investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "River Capital and Andrew have a strong relationship spanning the last decade. We’re thrilled to have someone of Andrew’s standing along for this journey with us.
