Rimon completed the acquisition of Europea De Hincas Teledirigidas from Terratest for $68m.

Rimon, a provider for the water, wastewater, energy and natural gas infrastructure markets, completed the acquisition of Europea De Hincas Teledirigidas, a construction company, from Terratest, a construction group, for $68m.
