Nelogica, a provider of software for technical analysis of assets in the financial market, completed the acquisition of ComDinheiro, a Brazilian market information, data and market intelligence provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our main goal is to contribute to market participants whether individuals or institutions. With the arrival of ComDinheiro, we expanded the services provided and expanded within our core business," Marcos Boschetti, Nelogica CEO.
