MH Industries to acquire Oxymetal Centre.

MH Industries, a specialist in industrial subcontracting, agreed to acquire Oxymetal Centre, an industrial player specializing in laser cutting and finishing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "For the Oxymetal Group, it is a strategic sale of a very small site located far from the Key Accounts we target.
