Gray Television to acquire WKTB-CD and Surge Digital Media from Capital Media Group for $30m.

Gray Television, a television broadcast company, agreed to acquire WKTB-CD, a low-power, Class A television station, and Surge Digital Media, a digital marketing company. from Capital Media Group, a media content development company, for $30m. “We are very excited to add Telemundo Atlanta and Surge Digital to our growing local presence in our hometown.
