TripActions to acquire Comtravo.

TripActions, a developer of corporate travel management and payments platform, agreed to acquire Comtravo, a developer of an online travel management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “When we looked across the industry, it became clear that the TripActions Group is the best positioned to take the European market.
