Ardian-backed F2A completed the acquisition of EasyPay and ETAss.

Ardian-backed F2A, a provider of human resource management and financial administration services, completed the acquisition of EasyPay, a provider of outsourced payroll, tax and corporate services, and ETAss, a provider of professional training and personnel management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The entry into the Group will allow ETAss to take a further step on the market thanks to the integration with F2A, a company with a propulsive and organizational force that is contemporary and innovative at the same time.
