PTC to acquire RE'FLEKT.

PTC, a firm that offers high-end computer-assisted design and product lifecycle management services, agreed to acquire RE'FLEKT, a developer of augmented and virtual reality technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “AR has emerged as a powerful and valued solution for frontline workers in enterprise and industrial settings, modernizing training, remote collaboration, procedural guidance, and quality inspection. This agreement with RE’FLEKT bolsters PTC’s leadership in the enterprise AR market and increases our ability to deliver meaningful value to our customers," Michael Campbell, PTC EVP and General Manager of Augmented Reality.
