Beontag to acquire Scandstick.

Beontag, a manufacturer of self-adhesive labels and radio frequency identification related products, agreed to acquire Scandstick, a manufacturer of self-adhesive material. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Beontag's presence globally and is a further step in the company's expansion strategy, focused on the development and enhancement of cutting-edge technologies in the self-adhesive, smart labels and tags industry.
