Ulusoy Un to acquire Soke Un from Mku Un for $9m.

Ulusoy Un, a flour manufacturer, agreed to acquire Soke Un, a flour maker, from Mku Un, a food company, for $9m. “This acquisition is a strategic move for us. With the acquisition of Söke Un, we will have increased our wheat processing capacity of 2k tons/day up to 3k tons/day. Ulusoy Flour's acquisition of Söke Un, which was transferred to British Mediterra Capital Partners in 2015, at a time when the Turkish economy needs to show growth performance with investments, has brought our company one step closer to its targets of becoming a global food company in its 100th anniversary," Eren Günhan Ulusoy, Ulusoy Chairman.
