Henkel to acquire the hair professional business of Shiseido.

Henkel, a German chemical and consumer goods company, agreed to acquire the hair professional business of Shiseido, a cosmetics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As part of our strategic agenda for purposeful growth, compelling acquisitions play a key role in actively shaping our portfolio.
