International Code Council completed the acquisition of Winn’s Career Education.

International Code Council, a nonprofit association that provides a wide range of building safety solutions, completed the acquisition of Winn’s Career Education, a provider of educational services intended to train industry professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “When our dad, Curtis Winn, began teaching plumbing professionals in 1996, he simply wanted to spend his final working years sharing the knowledge he accumulated over a diverse career. We couldn’t be more excited that the work our parents began in a living room will now serve trade professionals throughout the U.S. and around the world.
