Private equity firms iXO Private Equity and IDIA Capital Investissement completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Acoem, an environmental and industrial intelligence services provider, from Evolem, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our investment program allows us to deliver on our ambitious business plan, to become a global leader in both our Smart City and Smart Industry portfolios.
