Lantmännen Aspen to acquire Coryton.

Lantmännen Aspen, a firm that develops, markets, and distributes fuels, agreed to acquire Coryton, a manufacturer and supplier of bespoke and specialty fuel. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Coryton reinforces Lantmännen Aspen’s position as one of the leading companies on the European market for specialised fuels, while also strengthening the prospects for further international expansion," Magnus Kagevik, Lantmännen COO and Head of Energy Sector.
