Private equity firms Warburg Pincus and Mubadala, completed the acquisition of the pharma intelligence business of Informa, a British publishing, business intelligence, and exhibitions group, for $2.6bn. “We are delighted that the acquisition is complete, and we can focus our efforts entirely on the next phase of growth.
