Ottobock completed the acquisition of Livit from HAL Investments.

Ottobock, a service provider of patient care centres offering customised orthopaedic treatment and rehabilitation solutions for patients, completed the acquisition of Livit, a patient care providers, from HAL Investments, investment subsidiary of HAL. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to be able to help even more people maintain, regain and improve their freedom of movement with the help of Livit in the Netherlands," Philipp Schulte-Noelle, Ottobock CEO.
