CapVest Partners completed the acquisition of Rodericks Dental from CBPE.

CapVest Partners, a mid-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Rodericks Dental, a provider of private and specialist dental services, from CBPE, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “CBPE has been a great partner for the business bringing support, expertise and advice to help us achieve significant and sustainable growth over the last few years.
