Ardian-backed AD Education, a European higher education platform, agreed to acquire the European operations of SAE International, a United States-based, globally active professional association and standards developing organization for engineering professionals in various industries, from Navitas, a private education services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. " This marks an important milestone as AD Education extends its geographical footprint, notably in the DACH region, and strengthens its position as the largest Creative Arts pure player in Europe," Ardian.
