Vestum completed the acquisition of Scanregn.

Vestum, an acquisition-driven Swedish company that focuses on acquiring and developing specialist companies within water, services, and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Scanregn, a supplier of total solutions within pumps for agriculture and industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is a joy to hand over Scanregn to Vestum, whom I deeply believe have the vision, experience and skills to carry Scanregn into the future.
