Banco Santander and Signal Capital completed the acquisition of Sheraton La Caleta for $91m.

Banco Santander, a Spanish multinational commercial bank, and Signal Capital, a London-based private asset management firm, completed the acquisition of Sheraton La Caleta, a luxury hotel, from Disa, a firm operating mainly in the infrastructure, oil & gas and electric power, for $91m. The luxury complex comprises 284 rooms and 20 suites. In addition, it is home to 4 restaurants, 2 bars and 10 meeting rooms. Currently, the property is managed by the North American chain Marriott.
