Ara Partners-backed Repeats Group completed the acquisition of Anviplas.

Ara Partners-backed Repeats Group, a plastics recycling platform, completed the acquisition of Anviplas, a company which produces recycled LDPE. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Anviplas has an outstanding reputation in the industry as a leading LDPE recycler in Spain. We are thrilled to have Aleix Vintró and the Anviplas team as part of the Repeats platform and look forward to building upon their success to date.
