Zurn Water Solutions, a company that provides water solutions and products, completed the merger with Elkay Manufacturing, a commercial drinking water solutions provider, in a $1.56bn deal. “This transaction is a true game-changer as we create an even stronger pure play water company by combining with the iconic brand, Elkay.
