Curefit to acquire F2 Fun & Fitness India.

Curefit Healthcare, an IT services provider, agreed to acquire F2 Fun & Fitness India, a fitness center operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cult.fit said its endeavour is to continue scaling its business nationally, across non-metro cities and towns, as well as house brands like F2 Fun & Fitness into its network to further propel their growth in the coming years.
