BBVA completed the acquisition of an additional 21.7% stake in Neon for $300m.

BBVA, a financial services company, completed the acquisition of an additional 21.7% stake in Neon, a digital bank, for $300m. “The commitment to innovation is part of BBVA’s DNA, and digital is opening new ways for us to grow in very attractive markets.
