FIS completed the acquisition of Payrix from PSG and Blue Star.

Fidelity National Information Services, a payment services provider, completed the acquisition of Payrix, a developer of a flexible payment facilitator, from PSG, a fund manager, and Blue Star, a growth equity family office.
