Resolu Forest Products Canada to acquire Senneterre biomass power plant from Boralex .

Resolu Forest Products Canada, a paper distributor, agreed to acquire Senneterre biomass power plant from Boralex, an energy solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Boralex’s core mission is to advance renewable energy, and the sale of this Power Plant furthers our efforts outlined in our Strategic Plan.
