Miura Partners-backed Citri&Co, a fruit group, completed the acquisition of Arco Fruit, a company specialized in the sale and distribution of citrus and stone fruit without post-harvest, biological and agroecological treatment. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of Arco Fruits, Citri&Co advances in its objective of becoming the supplier of quality fresh fruit in strategic categories and in sustainability. The operation allows the group to strengthen its ESG strategy by increasing its portfolio of sustainable products and improving its positioning in this segment. To date, RioTinto, a company integrated into the Citri&Co group and specialist in organic citrus, and Arco Fruits were already strategic partners.
