Quad Partners-backed the ILSC Education Group, a provider of language and career skills training programs, completed the merger with Berlitz, one of the largest language education companies worldwide offering comprehensive language learning programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ILSC is excited to be returning to the US market and partnering with ELS is ideal for us.
