IVC Evidensia, a provider of veterinary care services, completed the acquisition of Bom Jesus Veterinary Hospital, a veterinary hospital, and VetOeiras Hospital, an operator of a veterinary clinic. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The team of professionals are dedicated to continuous learning and training, facilitating leading health and well-being care for animals, including the most recent techniques in their fields. VetOeiras is a ‘cat friendly’ hospital with separate waiting and inpatient rooms for dogs and cats, ensuring their comfort at all times during their visit," IVC Evidensia.
