McCourt Partners and HN Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Dallas Design District Portfolio.

McCourt Partners, a private investment platform, and HN Capital Partners, an opportunistic private investor, completed the acquisition of Dallas Design District Portfolio, a unique real estate portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed. "McCourt is thrilled to partner with HN Capital and expand our real estate portfolio to another dynamic city.
