Patrizia to acquire Evenepoel Properties from Besix RED.

Patrizia, an investment manager in the real estate market, agree to acquire Evenepoel Properties, a property development, from Besix RED, a firm engaged in the real estate development. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Viridis has a strong human dimension and perfectly fits our strategy focused on urban developments that bring value to the neighborhood and connects to the city fabric. Thanks to its location, connectivity and program, it will appeal to a variety of target groups including families, expats and young professionals.
