Iconix Brand Group, a brand management company and owner of a diversified portfolio of strong global consumer brands, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Iconix MENA, Iconix Europe and Iconix SE Asia from GBG International, a firm that specializes in distributing and underwriting medical, life and disability and travel insurance.
