Green Farms Capital, a private investment firm that makes control and non-control investments in growing lower-middle market companies and London Capital Partners, a private equity investment group of the Landon family, completed the investment in iMemories, a technology-driven company that converts analog home movie films and videotapes, photo prints, negatives, and slides to a modern digital format.
