Kinperium Industries, a family office that invests in long term sustainable businesses and industries, completed the acquisition of K-Tec Earthmovers, a earthmoving equipment manufacturer, from Owner Resource Group, a Texas-based private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely proud of the K-Tec management team and their accomplishments during our partnership with them. They established a new world-class manufacturing facility outside of Winnipeg, successfully acquired Ashland Industries and expanded internationally.
