Global Realty Capital, a fully-integrated global real estate organization, completed a €40m ($44m) investment in Oryx Power, a firm that invests, develops, and manages renewable energy assets. Oryx has 300 MW in development in projects in Spain and more than 1.5k MW internationally, with the goal of reaching 1k MW in Spain and 5k MW internationally in the next two years. The company also hopes to grow strongly in the industrial self-consumption business where it aims to reach almost 500 MW over a five-year horizon.
