Auctus Capital-backed Highberg Group to acquire Schickler Consulting.

Auctus Capital-backed Highberg Group, a group of entrepreneurial consulting firms, agreed to acquire Schickler Consulting, a management consultancy for media companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With their unique capabilities in consulting based on data, and their strong focus on the media industry, Schickler will add a critical capability to the service portfolio of our group. With their knowledge and skills we are able to support our clients even more in their quest to transform into digital and sustainable organizations," Han Driessen, Highberg Group CEO.
