The Sylvan Group, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Juniper Biologics, Artemis Health Ventures, DX Imaging and Juniper Therapeutics, four healthcare and pharmaceutical firms, for $141m. "We are investing into mid-size companies that either have strong potential social impact through their businesses or could improve much more by changing their value chains or have solutions for social and environmental problems," Kyungsun Chung, Sylvan Co-Founder and Managing Partner.
