EyeCare Partners to acquire Lakeland Eye Clinic and Central Florida SurgiCenter.

EyeCare Partners, a provider of clinically integrated eye care, agreed to acquire ophthalmology centers Lakeland Eye Clinic and Central Florida SurgiCenter.
