Solor Bioenergy completed the acquisition of Ale Fjarrvarme from Göteborg Energi.

Solor Bioenergy, a renewable energy company, completed the acquisition of Ale Fjarrvarme, an electric utility company, from Gooteborg Energi, an energy company. Financial services were not disclosed. “Ale Fjärrvärme will be a central part in Solör Bioenergy Group ́s development in the Gothenburg region.
