Stark Group to acquire Dach & Wand Handels from Swisspearl.

Stark Group, a business-to-business distributor of heavy building materials for the construction industry, agreed to acquire Dach & Wand Handels, a seller and distributor of heavy building materials to professional craftsmen, from Swisspearl Group, a building materials manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am pleased to welcome 150 new employees. This is a strong team with specialist knowledge and a strong relationship with professional craftsmen.
