Intermediate Capital Group-backed Iver, a Nordic provider of cloud-based IT-services, to acquire Mjukvarukraft, a company which provides services and expertise in the fields of integration and system development for conventional and up-to-the-minute solutions alike. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re impressed by Mjukvarukraft’s ability to provide high quality integration and system development services for clients with complex environments and advanced requirements.
