Investindustrial-backed CSM Ingredients, a supplier of the ingredients with a wide range across Bakery Fats, Pastry and Bread Ingredients as well as food solutions for multiple industrial applications, completed the acquisition of HI-Food, an innovation company in the field of natural food-tech ingredients.
