Dicker Data completed the acquisition of Hills for $21m.

Dicker Data, a hardware distributor, completed the acquisition of security and IT distribution division from Hills, an industrial conglomerate company, for $21m. “This will add an entirely new Business area to our company and introduce us to a wide range of new customers, as well as adding significant new revenue with the promise of significant expansion on that, going forward,” Dicker Data, David Dicker Chairman and CEO.
